Switched reluctance motor drive system(SRD)is a new mechatronic control system.SRM have many advantages,such as simple and sturdy structure,relatively low cost and so on.It has a wide speed range,high starting torque,high efficiency and good dynamic response,which attracts widespread attention of scholars at home and abroad.But because of the double salient pole structure and switched power supple,the torque ripple of SRM is serious.So The scope of its application is restricted.How to reduce the switched reluctance motor torque ripple becomes one of the focuses in research field of switched reluctance motor.To solve this problem,this paper presents a torque ripple reduction of switched reluctance motor based on predictive control.Firstly,the mathematical model of the switched reluctance motor is established,and the torque value of the next moment is predicted according to the previous time and the current time state value stator current,rotor position and bus voltage.Then,a cost function based on the predicted torque and the reference torque error defined.Then a series of virtual state values are evaluated by discrete space vector method,and an optimal virtual state value is obtained by combining the cost function.Finally,TMS320F28335as the main control chip,a 15kW three-phase 6/4 pole switched reluctance motor for the prototype to build a test platform to complete the hardware and software design.-Through the comparison of experimental waveform the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified.Finally,the state value is applied to the switched reluctance motor predictive control system to realize the control of the ripple of the switched reluctance motor.Finally,hardware circuit is designed based on DSP TMS320F28335 as the CPU,a three-phase 6/4 switched reluctance motor as control object,using C language to complete program.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively suppress the ripple of the switched reluctance motor.
