In order to improve the diagonal contact phenomenon about tooth surface of spiral bevel gears in theory,first,I have studied processing methods and forming theory of spiral degeneration method.Second,machine tool motion model has been established and machine tool adjustment parameters are also obtained.What is more,with the help of a 3D simulation technology,I conducted the machining simulation of spiral degeneration method of gear.Finally,I have an analysis of the tooth surface contact.This paper mainly studies:1、I have studied the installation and processing method of spiral degeneration method.Based on the gear meshing theory,the method of conjugate tooth surface curvature calculation method is determined.By the wheel generating method of gear cutting calculation,I got the big wheel processing machine tool adjustment parameters,so I established the kinematics model of machining big wheel.2、I have studied the small round workpiece installation and tool movement and readjusted the kinematics model of the small wheel.Use the Archimedes spiral surface instead of the small round cutter cutting face comprehensive sports and calculate the related parameters of the tools.Through the calculation of gear cutting small wheel model,I set up a small round of spiral degeneration method processing motion model as well as determined the adjusting parameters of machining small wheel.3、A new simulation machining technology about spiral bevel gear is studied.Establishing gear parts model and process model is my work using the 3D software Creo.Through Boolean operation entity between the cutter and workpiece,I restored the machining process of gleaon spiral bevel gear spiral degeneration method and completed the gear tooth surface reconstruction.In the end,the virtual cutting gear model is acquired by me.4、Tooth surface detection and tooth contact analysis of the model of virtual gear are presented to you.Determined the consistency of the processing model and the theory of design and tested the validity of the processing parameters.The test processing samples were made in the CNC gear milling machine. |
