Power transmission line construction is an important part of power grid construction.With the rapid development of power grid construction,the importance of power transmission line construction gradually highlighted.The various uncertainties in the construction stage of power transmission line pose potential risks to construction safety.Therefore,in order to achieve the anticipated goal of transmission project,it is necessary to carry out in-depth study about the risk factors affecting the safety of power transmission constructionThis thesis identifies and analyzes the risk factors affecting the safety of power transmission line engineering operations from the perspective of risk management.It mainly includes the following three parts: First,through a large number of literature reading summaries and refining risk factors,the list of power transmission line construction safety risk factors has been initially established;and then through the interview with industry experts and the perfection of risk factors list,18 risk factors have ultimately been ascertained.Second,through the questionnaire designed according to the improved risk factors list,views of industry experts about transmission construction safety have been collected.Third,processing the data collected,including descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis.Through the descriptive statistical analysis,the 18 risk factors have been sorted by importance,and the top 5 risk factors have been mainly analyzed.Through the exploratory factor analysis,the 18 risk factors have been grouped and named.The results of the data analysis show that the top 5 risk factors affecting the safety of the power transmission line operation are: the lack of working experience and limited skills of the construction workers,the lack of safety awareness and training of the construction staff,the bad geological and climatic conditions of the construction site,the lack of safety supervision,limited capability of design staff and safety design errors.Through the exploratory factor analysis,the 18 risk factors have been divided into three groups.According to the common attributes of each group,they have been respectively named as: the construction management risk,operation risk and pre-construction risk.The internal relations of each group have been explored.As an important part of power engineering safety management research,this research has enriched the contents related to safety management of transmission engineering construction.The research results can provide some guidance to ensure the smooth development of transmission project and realizing the project target.
