| With the advancement of China's urbanization strategy,the permanent residents of major cities has increased significantly,and traffic in these cities gets worse too.On the one hand,metro can significantly improve the carrying capacity and efficiency of public transportation,and on the other hand,it can effectively accelerate urban expansion.In big cities,the first choice to improve traffic is to build metro.Accidents in metro construction usually cause serious casualties and economic losses.The scale of metro construction is increasing year by year,construction risk management is becoming more and more important.The ability of construction risk management also needs continuous improvement.There are still many shortcomings in the past risk management system.Therefore,studying the risk management of metro construction has important practical significance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This study compares the accident cause theory,established an accident cause model for metro construction by integrating the advantages of these theories.(2)WBS-RBS Method was chosen to decompose the tasks and risks and Delphi Method is used to identify risk factors in metro construction.By combining expert survey to identify the risk factors in metro construction,get the list of risk factors in construction stage.(3)After completing risk identification,establishment of evaluation system of risk factors and risk assessment model for metro construction.Using AHP Method to calculate weights of different risk factors,and using fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Calculation of construction risk ratings.(4)Using the results of research to analysis and evaluate risks of Tianjin Metro construction,and calculate risk level.According to the results of calculations to determine the risk management principles,develop a risk prevention and control measures to ensure the safety of project completion and provide a reference for similar metro construction. |
