With the improvement of social manufacturing technology,computer aided design technology,as the key technology of digital design technology,plays an important role in manufacturing informatization.With the development of science and technology,the traditional forward technical measures have not been able to meet the requirements of products and the necessity of manufacturing.Thus the reverse modeling technology has emerged.The reverse modeling technology combines the digital technology of product and reconstruction of model technology,and the development of physical products has been upgraded to a new height with its unique reverse way of thinking.In this paper,the reverse modeling technology is discussed and studied by the assembly of aircraft hatch.Firstly,the paper studies the data acquisition technology and compared the type of cloud,the data acquisition with its advantages and disadvantages,and the composition and characteristics of common measuring equipment are analyzed.On this basis,the RS type laser scanner is selected to collect the data with the assembly of the aircraft hatch,and it provide data support for the subsequent information disposal.Then,it discuss the point cloud processing technology and analyze the related process of solving point cloud problem.Based on the causes and classification of noise points,a filtering method which combines median filter and K neighbor filtering is proposed to denoise.It introduce some methods of data reduction and it conceive an efficient simplification algorithm by the principle of point cloud simplification.After studying the principle of the point cloud splicing algorithm,two kinds of stitching methods are proposed and the Geomagic software is used to process the point clouds of hatch assembly.The theory of parametric curve in surface reconstruction technology is studied,and lay the foundation for completing the model reconstruction work.According to the surface model of different rules and complexity,the corresponding curve fitting and model generation methods are proposed.Based on the CATIA software,the reconstruction of the model is completed,the assembly model of the tooling is assembled,and the final reconstruction model is compared with the acquisition point cloud,finally,the precision evaluation of the model and the error analysis of reverse modeling are completed.
