This dissertation is based on the actual elevator manufacturing.Author researched the program layout,shaft construction,economic costs,as well as the elevator running quality,safety performance and other aspects of the backpack elevator,finally constructs an improved layout which changed the location of the hanging rope to optimize the backpack elevator car frame.In view of the basis of the basic design scheme,through the refinement design,the three-dimensional modeling for geometric inspection,to gradually optimizing in the design process.Based on the ANSYS software we numerically analyzed the stresses and optimization of the structures of the elevator car,and made of futher research an topology optimization and the structural verify of the car.The end product vibration or acceleration are measured and analyzed with the EVA-625 type of PMT Corporation to check the elevator's operational quality.Results show the numerical analysis is in good agreement with the experiment test.The main contents are as following:(1)The overall layout of the scheme design.For the extant backpack elevators,most of them use direct cantilevered suspension that lead to hanging points deviating from the car center of gravity during the running,and because of the weight of the car,the elevator will produce a force which are bad to the comfort of elevator operation,the force of the car frame,rail force,etc.In response to this situation,we used a 2:1 rope around the way to replace the traditional 1:1 type.Then the car roof will increase two moving pulleys,and traction ropes can pass the moving pulley to suspend the car.It can make the suspension point as close as possible to the center of gravity of the car.(2)Solid Edge design and modeling.Three-dimensional modeling software Solid Edge was used to design and model the components.At the same time,the design defects could be found and optimized by assembling for geometric proofing.(3)Finite element analysis and topological analysis.We used ANSYS's pre-procession module,analysis the calculation module and post-processing module to process and analysis.We calculated the force and deformation of the car frame when the car was full load,the force and deformation during normal operation,the force and deformation of the safety gear,and the safety factor of the car frame.(4)Quality of passenger transport analysis.We used the EVA-625 type of PMT corporation to monitor and measure the whole process of the operating elevator.The PMT could give a value of the ride quality,speed,elevator positioning,acceleration,deceleration,vibration and noise at any moment,and also all these data would be quickly calculated by the analysis software to get the conclusion.According to the change of the measured value,we could monitor the elevator vibration,noise and other changes in the whole process of the elevator,then analyzed the reason of the deviation,and improve the overall quality of the elevator.Through optimizing the design of the backpack elevator car frame,we reduced costs and improved the transport quality.
