Suspension type ditcher is a kind of machinery equipment for laying ditch operation in the field and in the city.The ditcher can greatly improve the efficiency of the ditching operation and reduce the labor cost with the tractor traction.The depth of the ditch and the speed of the chain are the important factors to evaluate the efficiency of the suspension type ditcher.At present,the ditcher still is at the beginning stage in the market and automation is low.There is a gap compared with the foreign ditching machine.Based on this situation,the research on the key mechanical structure and control system of a new type of suspension type ditching machine are designed and studied.On the basis of research and review of domestic and foreign literature,this paper studies the suspension type ditcher is designed by oneselves,which mainly includes the following contents:(1)According to the specific requirements of the construction,the structural parameters of the suspension type ditcher are determined and designed by Solidworks software.All of the suspension type ditcher is assembled.According to the actual work requirements of the suspension type ditcher,hydraulic system is designed.By calculated and selected of hydraulic components,the stability of the hydraulic system is verified by MATLAB.(2)Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different control algorithms,the PID controller and fuzzy PID force position complex control algorithm are designed to control the opening depth.The combined simulation of AMESim and MATLAB is used to analyze the system and parameter optimization.The results show that the fuzzy PID force position complex control algorithm is superior.When the opening resistance is 8KN,the position coefficient is 0.8~1,the force coefficient is 0.1~0.5,the servo valve frequency is 30Hz~45Hz,the servo valve gain is 100~130,the valve core damping coefficient is 3~5,the depth of the ditch opening is accurate and the hydraulic system is stable.(3)By analyzing the working state of the chain,the relevant parameters of the hydraulic components are determined.An open loop and closed loop chain speed hydraulic system is built in AMESim,and a single neuron control system is established in MATLAB.Simulation of the system by different control methods,we get the speed change of hydraulic motor under different working conditions and different control algorithms.The results show that single neuron PID control algorithm has the best control effect on chain speed of the suspension type ditcher.The design of the suspension ditch machine set ditch depth and motor speed automatic control in one.The efficiency and degree of automation has a certain advantage than the ditching machine of the current market.The key mechanical structure and control system is the study main content of the problem,solving this technical problem is great significance to the research and development of the suspension type ditcher.
