Steel-concrete composite beams have been widely used in the field of constructional engineering and bridge works.Prefabricated composite structures have generated with the high-speed development of construction in the world.Because using prefabricated composite structures could reduce the wet work and shorten the construction period in actual engineering, which have the advantages of "rapid construction" and "prefabrication".This paper advocated a structure anchoring the studs into the corrugated pipes between prefabricated concrete slab and H-shaped steel beam. And the experimental and theoretical simulation studies were conducted on such structures. The pull-out tests of twenty-two shear stud connectors with concrete slabs and the composite beam tests of three shear studs between concrete slab and steel beam were carried out by electro-hydraulic servo loading system.Meanwhile the nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish the finite element model of the stud connectors with concrete slabs and the static behavior of such structures were analyzed. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Twenty-two stud connectors with concrete slabs which including six in-situ casted concrete slabs and sixteen connectors in the precast concrete slab were designed according to EC4.The influence of different stud diameter, hole constraint condition and aperture ratio on stud failure mode, shear bearing capacity and ductility were considered.Shear tests on stud connectors with cast-in-situ concrete slabs were carried out and described in this paper, followed by the tests on stud connectors in the embedded corrugated pipes of the precast concrete slab.(2)The beam tests of two prefabricated composite beams with different hole constraint condition were conducted, followed by a beam test of one in-situ casted composite beam. The load-slip relationship,load-deflection relationship and load-whole cross-strain relationship of prefabricated composite beams were obtained by experiments. The bending performance and combination performance of such stuctures were also studied.(3)The nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish the finite element model of the stud connectors with concrete slabs. The influence of different stud diameter and hole constraint condition on the failure behavior, shear capacity and slip performance of the stud connector under static load were contained. It shows that the simulation results was coincident with the test result.
