“Diliwujue” was written by Zhao Jiufeng during the reign of Emperor Qianlong in Qing dynasty. This book is divided into eight volumes,in which the successive FengShui masterpieces since Tang and Song dynasties were collated and extracted, giving the development and supplement of the theory,so it can be called the most concise integrated book and reference book in the field of FengShui. This book is characterized by the induction of the system. In this book, the Long,Xue,Sha and Shui were classified and analyzed, and the theory of method was regarded as the index.Besides, there was an overall planning of the contents of each chapter and part of the attached drawings to enhance the practicality.Although this book mainly puts an emphasis on FengShui,it also has a good reference for the location, and especially the view of environment is specific research and interpretation.Through an overall review and analysis of the “Diliwujue”,this paper will systematically sum up the theoretical system and framework content of “Diliwujue”.This paper will extend the development process of FengShui behind the compilation of “Diliwujue” and give a deconstruction of the theoretical contents introduced in the book, and even decode the environment view from the perspective of the science of human environmental settlements.First, this paper will give an analysis of the formation of Wujue from the perspective of semiotics. Then Wujue will be classified based on the FengShui analysis model from the following aspects: innovation of form(shape of component elements),method(principle of organization elements)and system(building a complete system).According to the features of Wujue, this paper will give an alone interpretation of environment view from the following six parts: Long shape,Shui shape,Sha shape,Xue shape,to the theory of method and the system of Wujue. The path of interpretation is the five sub disciplines of human settlement science, and the five subjects are the landscape function, landscape ecology, landscape geology, environmental aesthetics and environmental psychology. Finally, this paper will discuss and extend the contemporary value of the view of FengShui embodied in “Diliwujue” and it will supplement the existing problems of the layout of the book itself.Through the study of this paper,we can have a systematical understanding of the view of FengShui for Chinese ancient people's choice of their location. It's significant for the development of contemporary cultural ethics, the construction of landscape city, the cultivation of ecological aesthetics and the shape of human environmental settlements, and it also provides reference for further research.
