Research On Teaching Device Of Water Flow Experiment And Compilation Of Guidebooks

Materials like tap water,gas,natural gas,oil,etc which are closely related to people's daily lives are required to use the flow meter for measurement.There is a flow standard device in the metering system and the flow meter production enterprises to ensure the accuracy of the flow meter.Water flow standard device is used as a test and verification device of liquid flow meter for students of the engineering automation and control,and other professional production enterprises in their manufacturing flow to study and product development process,and meet the needs for a lot of instrument calibration and various experimental verification,which is inevitably used in learning,scientific research and production activities which cannot be done without a reliable,accurate and comprehensive water flow standard device.The teaching device of water flow experiment works a platform to complete the experimental operation and the preparation of experimental guide books in accordance with the operation of the national testing procedures,which aims to control instrument and related equipment structure,working principle and application of the understanding to strengthen college students,and to cultivate students' ability in finding the target problem,analyzing and solving problems,and to reduce gap between enterprises and students.The main tasks of this paper are as follows:1 The study object is the teaching device of water flow experiment of Tianjin Flowerate Measurement & Control Technology Co.LTD,and this paper introduces the function,characteristics,composition and working principle of the device,as well as the hardware and software.2 The device works as a platform to operate and complete the verification o f various flowmeter test(standard meter method and weighing method),device self inspection,process control(pressure control,flow control)which is written in the design of a number of experimental teaching unit experimental guidebooks.3 MCGS configuration software is used to make the output of verification certificate and query of experimental data.Finally,the experimental guidebook is applied in practical teaching,and it provides practical guidance for the experimental teaching of many courses,such as Test Technology Fundamentals,Process Control Systems:Application,Design,and Tuning,Motion Control Systems,the Programmable Controller and so on.
