China has a vast territory,geological disasters,the rescue scene is complex and changeable,in the swamp,debris and other harsh environment has not been an effective rescue equipment,especially in northern China,staggered with snow,ice,marsh.beach.Gobi road,the existing rescue equipment is difficult to complete the rescue task under the above conditions,due to the impact of unstructured environment on the rescue site,rescue mission gradually beyond the scope of the fire officers,rescue workers are difficult to carry out rescue work quickly,efficiently and safely.Aiming at the problems encountered in the rescue,in this paper,we developed a new type of small road rescue vehicle,which is suitable for a variety of complex road conditions,especially in soft ground conditions such as swamps.In this paper,after surveying the domestic and foreign research situation of wheel,track and screw propulsion multi-Road vehicles,developed a set of overall design program,analysed the general structure and working principle of the rescue vehicle,according to the special environment,the power and transmission system is designed,which is composed of motor,wheel reducer and auger,and the corresponding control system is constructed.Using Pro/E design of the four compartment modeling,according to the degree of difficulty to choose a cost-effective model.The carriage is a skeleton and skin structure,in this paper,the sheet metal module of Pro/E is used to design the sheet metal parts.Based on the mechanical model of clay,the mathematical model of screw propeller is built,the calculation of the force analysis and the resistance moment about running gear-auger is carried out,which has made great contributions to the calculation and selection of motor power.After the systematic scheme,the calculate and check of running gear,carriage and axis is carried out in detail,which is based on the overall design scheme.After that,we determine the size of the structure,we improved the 3D model and carried out the motion simulation analysis of the whole vehicle.The finite element analysis of the spiral gear is carried out by using Workbench software,the strength and stiffness of which are in accordance with the requirements.Taking the water as the carrier,the buoyancy check is carried out.its buoyancy is still surplus under full load.The experimental results show that the prototype runs well and meets the requirements.
