| With the increasing complexity of urban road traffic networks,the selection of emergency rescue paths after emergencies is becoming more and more difficult.In addition,different emergency response plans are different,and emergency rescue vehicles and equipment will be different.Constrained by road traffic conditions and the possibility of dynamic sudden secondary disasters,traffic is blocked,which severely affects the development of emergency rescue work.The research focuses on the road network model,multiple constraints and system implementation under emergency rescue conditions.The main work and innovations of this paper include:Firstly,we establish a multi-constrained road network model for emergency rescue.The basic concepts and topological structure of the road network model related to path planning are analyzed,combined with the characteristics of emergency rescue and the impact of emergencies on the rescue path selection,the multiple constraints in the emergency rescue scenario are analyzed,and the multiple for emergency rescue is established.which constrained road network model.Secondly,an emergency rescue path planning method with multiple constraints is proposed.According to the idea of road network layering,the road network is abstracted according to the hierarchy.The layered road network topology structure is established.The emergency rescue path planning is discussed and analyzed in conjunction with the static traffic constraint conditions and dynamic emergency constraint conditions.Constraints related to the attributes of the rescue vehicle itself and the nature of the passing roads;constraints on dynamic emergencies related to traffic congestion,building collapse,and leakage in a chemical factory leak-contaminated area at any time during the rescue process.An emergency rescue path planning method based on multiple constraints.Thirdly.accessibility analysis was performed under emergency rescue conditions.According to the characteristics of real-time analysis and road network reconstruction under emergency rescue conditions,a fast road network reconstruction method,a parallel computing strategy for accessibility analysis,and techniques for simplifying calculations through map synthesis technology were proposed.Experimental analysis proves the effectiveness of the method in this paper.Finally,the emergency rescue path planning system was implemented.According to the characteristics of emergency rescue conditions,design system module functions,build a B / S(Browse / Server)framework,and improve Dijkstra’s algorithm based on traffic constraints and emergency constraints during emergency rescue.Layer path planning,through calculation and analysis of road weights related to rescue in the road network structure,to efficiently generate the shortest rescue path planning route,call the layer service,implementing a path planning system under emergency rescue conditions. |
