With the development of automobile industry and the increase of car ownership,energy and environmental pressures are increasingly intensified.Energy crisis and environmental pollution have seriously endangered the sustainable development of human society.However,the fuel cell car has its unique advantages of solving the energy and environmental problems.Therefore,in为 depth study of fuel cell and fuel cell vehicles and development of fuel cell system and vehicle for public transport system is very important.The article aims at exploring and developing the new hybrid bus fuel cell power system and the vehicle based on the development experience and theoretical results in the field of new energy power system and vehicle.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Proposed the development scheme of the fuel cell bus power system and the vehicle according to the development method of the series cascade hybrid system and the vehicle.The fuel cell system is used as an auxiliary power unit to extend the vehicle driving range.The service life of the fuel cell is greatly prolonged because of the fuel cell extenders worked in a relatively stable operating condition.In addition,the service life of the cell is much longer than the other power battery.(2)Ensure the main parameters and technical specifications required for the fuel cell power system of the bus.Determine the parameters selection of each key component of the power system through dynamic matching calculation.(3)Proposed the design indexes and implementation standards of 12 为 meter fuel cell bus.Moreover,the vehicle structural parameters,quality parameters,performance parameters and vehicle layout are considered.In general,the electric system and the control strategy of fuel cell bus are expounded in detail.The hydrogen storage,hydrogenation and hydrogen safety protection of fuel cell system are also discussed.
