Electric vehicles have advantages including zero-exhausting,low noise and low operating costs,etc.It triggers a revolution in automobile industry of the modern world.Controller is the core of electric vehicles.However,with an increasing demands for both driving experience and security,the braking control strategy research of electric vehicle which is used to predict driving intention becomes very important.Facing these demands,predicting driving intention and braking control strategy research should be put forward in order to solve the problem of low intelligence,simple braking control system and poor security in electric vehicles controllers.It is a major breakthrough in personalized driving and braking control safety and brings economic profits to enterprises as well.The prompt control and high real-time ability of Electric vehicle driving system have been achieved by using ST company’s STM32 series single-chip based on Cortex-M3 core and by intensively studying FOC(Field Oriented Control)and SVPWM(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation).Driver’s intention can be determined through fuzzy inference control algorithm and dynamic data analysis on the condition that FOC controls magnet synchronous motor.In the premise of FOC control and intention predicting,mechanical braking and electronic braking is allocated reasonably according to ECE(Economic Commission of Europe)regulations.This paper mainly studies the following aspects: Introduction of the structure and characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor,analysis of the core of FOC control system,and realization of the rapid and accurate control of the motor through the change of coordinate system.It mainly focuses on the driving intention and the regenerative braking control strategy are.It analyzes and studies driver’s intention from different aspects including driving mode,acceleration urgency and road condition recognition,etc.through fuzzy inference control and dynamic data analysis;and it adjusts control strategy to achieve the expected effect of driving.Regenerating brake control strategy puts forward a detailed program from the point of energy to the mechanical brake and electronic brake distribution.It presents to improve the program to make braking distribution according to ECE regulations.On this basis,it adds the control strategy in a various conditions from the point of security.It has tested the validity of the hardware so as to realize the debugging of driving predictive braking system and hardware.It tests the accuracy of FOC’s sine wave control and driving intention prediction to ensure the stability,reliability and security of the control system.
