Energy efficiency,rational use of fossil fuels is the main theme of today's society,and thermal power plants in which plays an important role.The low temperature waste heat in the circulating cooling water of the thermal power plant is now generally recycled through the heat pump technology,and obtains some economic benefits and social benefits.However,the vast majority of the implementation of the completed heat pump project can be very good through the thermal performance assessment test,but in actual operation is difficult to achieve the design conditions,can not play the heat pump heating system,the greatest energy saving potential.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to find the optimal operation measures of the heat pump low-temperature waste heat utilization system to further improve the thermal economy of the power plant.In this paper,the optimization of the actual operation of the heat pump heating system in a thermal power plant in Changchun City is carried out.The thermodynamic analysis model of the main part of the absorption heat pump heating system is established,which includes the thermodynamic analysis model of the steam turbine,the thermodynamic analysis model of the absorption heat pump and the thermodynamic analysis model of the condenser.Then,according to the established analytical model,the calculation method of the optimal boundary value of the absorption heat pump heating system in a certain range and optimized operation is obtained.During the heating period,combined with the actual operation of the absorption heat pump heating unit,under the condition of certain thermoelectric load,the change of the influence of the boundary condition of the absorption heat pump heating system on the thermal economy of the heating unit curve.Including the influence of heat load on the economic efficiency of the unit under certain electric load conditions,and analyzes the economic load turning point of the absorption heat pump under two different thermoelectric load conditions during the heating period according to the actual operation.Under the condition of a certain thermoelectric load,the circulating water temperature,the driving steam pressure,and the heat flow rate of the heat pump when the heat flow into the heat pump changes separately.Finally,the economic benefits of the heat pump before and after the optimization of the absorption heat pump are analyzed and evaluated,including the total thermoelectric total income,water saving benefit and environmental benefit of the coal saving.The results show that the absorption heat pump heating unit is optimized which can produce obvious economic and environmental benefits,and the investment recovery period is obviously shortened,which indicates that this study has the guiding significance to the economic operation of thermal power plant.
