In recent years,China's wind power installed capacity is growing,especially in China's wind power installed on the "Three North"(referring to the northeast,North and Northwest(combined),heat and power cogeneration unit,CHP)a larger proportion,because in the winter heating period of heating unit by thermoelectric coupling Limited ability can participate in peak shaving is very limited,greatly reduces the flexibility of the system,plus the lack of fast tracking of flexible power output of wind power,leading to abandon wind phenomenon seriously,mainly manifested in several problems: during the winter heating load adjustment is limited to large heating units with heat load,especially during the holidays in the peak is more difficult;the units involved in the influence of unit heating quality peak;wind turbine is limited to the peak shaving and heating effect,wind power peaking reverse has occurred,At present,the power grid has been as much as possible in wind power,but there is still a part of the abandoned wind.How to solve the above problems,this paper in the northern cold area in winter heating period,wind power grid after abandoned wind power rationing problem is serious,and the characteristics of power grid of large heating units accounted for,the heating unit of Jilin Province on the peak shaving effect;make the analysis on the characteristics of electric heating system and heat storage put forward the method,peak load of large heating units based on the characteristics of regenerative heating system,and establishes a mathematical model of peak load;at the same time,given the heating unit in the wind power consumptive capacity model in the actual case,and through calculation,the large variation in a certain range of heating unit heat production will not affect the heating quality the mathematical model can be established in advance,calculate the depth peaking capacity of heat storage time and discharge time and unit.In addition,in Jilin Province,the current wind power consumptive problem discussion,from the Power Grid Corp and the policy angle to give advice.In the heating period,heating with low power peak load appropriate to reduce the heat load in operation,power peaking capacity is very tense situation,the building has regenerative characteristics appropriate to reduce the amount of heating,resulting in more depth peaking capacity to assist grid space,low degree of valley is feasible and practical,provides scientific basis for power grid dispatching heating unit on peak load.
