Escalator has been developed for more than 100 years,and it is widely used in shopping malls,subways,railway stations and other places.At present,the escalator products on the market are mostly separated from each other by the control board and the frequency converter,which can realize the escalator function normally.However,the size of the control cabinet is so large that the installation space is limited,while the inverter price is higher,these factors directly affect the application of split machine,so the elevator manufacturers need to develop a small,low cost escalator machine.With the improvement of the manufacturing level of power electronic devices,the development of PWM technology and the improvement of motor control theory,the theory of AC speed control gradually replaces the traditional DC speed control.In the case of low dynamic performance requirements,the space vector PWM technology and open-loop constant voltage-frequency control technology can be used to control asynchronous motor,with a small harmonic distortion,high DC utilization,fast response,easy to achieve digital,small amount of calculation,simple structure and so on.The hardware is mainly composed of the main control board,signal acquisition board,running status display board and power board.The hardware design of the main control board,signal acquisition board and running status display board are introduced in detail.The main control board with RX630 series R5F5630 DDDFB is used as the core control for achieving the overall control of the escalator.The signal acquisition board and running state display board with LPC11C14 is used as the control core,the signal acquisition board is used to realize the function of signal acquisition,operation state display board is used to realize the running state display function.The software design mainly includes the software design of the inverter,the software design of the communication interface and the software design of the escalator running state.The software design of the inverter includes SVPWM algorithm software and V/F control software.The software design of the communication interface includes RS485 communication part and CAN communication part.The software design of the escalator running state includes the automatic operation software part and the overhaul operation software part.
