Asynchronous Motor variable frequency speed control system have the incomparable merit on frequency range, dynamic response, adjusting speed accuracy, low frequency torque, working efficiency. Along with the progress of power electronic technology and the rapid development of computer technology, the AC- motor variable frequency speed regulation technology also receive considerable progress. The vector control system of asynchronous motor that is based on the SVPWM is an important research direction in modern, which becomes the hot spot gradually.The asynchronous motor speed regulating system is an multivariable and close coupling nonlinear system, the conventional PID control algorithm is simple and high reliability , but is ordinary for controlling effect regarding the asynchronous motor such nonlinear system. The fuzzy control is an important branch of the intelligent control , it does not need to establish the precise mathematical model for object, and has the good robustness and the nonlinear control characteristic, so it is suitable for the asynchronous motor Speed Regulating System velocity modulation system.Take increases of the Asynchronous motor's speed regulation precision and improves its use efficiency as a goal, This paper designs a speed regulating system of the asynchronous motor uses the Fuzzy PID controller, and which is based on the SVPWM control principle.This paper first introduces the asynchronous motor speed regulation method and invertor's PWM control method. And elaborates the vector control, the coordinate transformation, the space voltage vector modulation's basic principle, gaves asynchronous motor's mathematical models under different coordinate system, and has laid the foundation for the design of asynchronous motor vector control system. In this paper ,it gaves the Fuzzy PID controller's design process detailed, to confirm the control effect, it establishs controller's computer simulation model based on the MATLAB/Simulink platform in the article, and gaves the simulation result and makes the detailed analysis to the result. Take the fuzzy PID control compared with the traditional PID control, we may see it has a geater superiority uses fuzzy PID control algorithm by the simulation result.Finally, this paper takes TI Corporation's DSP control chip TMS320F2812 as the control core, designs a control system asynchronous motor, including the main circuit, power driving circuit, voltage, current detecting circuit schematic diagrams. In addition,it design the control software, and give software's flow chart. Profile which obtains through the experiment, has confirmed the control method accuracy and the validity.
