With the continuous development of containerization,as an important node connecting the international logistics network,the competition between container terminals is becoming more and more serious.Among the factors that affect the comprehensive competitiveness of container ports,the maximum completion time of loading and unloading is the most important factor,and the loading and unloading sequence of the quay crane plays a key role in the maximum completion time of the ship.Therefore,it is important to formulate a reasonable plan for quay crane operation,so that it can shorten the time of ship in port and improve the efficiency of wharf production.Based on the status quo of port development,this paper takes the loading process as the object of study,considering the influence of the congestion of container yard on the quay crane operation,optimizing the quay crane scheduling problem in order to improve the utilization ratio of the quay crane and shorten the maximum completion time.First of all,this paper analyzes the present situation of the container loading operation of the container terminal,points out the problems in the process of operation,and analyzes the effect of the task balance of the container yard on the loading of the quayside load,puts forward the optimization problem and establishes optimization methods.Secondly,the objective is to set up a mixed integer optimization model of single-objective quay crane considering the task equilibrium of container yard,and optimize the sequence of loading operations of quay crane,and use genetic algorithm to solve the problem.Thirdly,aiming at the minimum waiting time due to the unbalanced task of the yard,the double-objective mixed-integer optimization model of the quay crane is set up,and the sequence of the quay crane operation is reoptimized,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.At last,the paper analyzes the above two models by comparing the relevant data of Tianjin Port and compares them with the optimization results of the traditional quay crane scheduling problem.The results show that the optimization of the quay crane scheduling problem can be achieved by considering the influence of the yard congestion,and the waiting time of the quay crane is not reduced in time.The utilization ratio of the quay crane is effectively improved.At the same time,the optimization results show that the optimization results of the two-objective model are better than the single-objective model optimization results,which only aim at the minimum waiting time of the quay crane,and improve the utilization ratio of the quay crane and shorten the maximum completion time.The proposed scheme provides theoretical reference for the study of the operation of the quay crane scheduling.In the actual production process,it has positive significance to improve the operational efficiency of the whole harbor.
