With the continuous development of economic globalization,the transportation industry which is an important communication channel of different countries has also prospered.The efficiency of the port container terminal which is an integral part of container transportation effects the developing of the transportation industry and attracts more and more people's attention.The operation efficiency of the container logistics system mainly depends on the transportation equipment of container terminal,the yard layout and so on.The quay crane is the main tool for loading and unloading container from the ship at berth in the container terminal,and yard crane is the important equipment to load and unload container in the container yard,the operation efficiency of quay crane and yard crane is the key of container terminal system and also the main factor which affects the evaluation of the owner of cargo to the efficiency of the terminal operation.But quay crane and yard crane are larger and walk slowly and the working efficiency becomes the bottleneck of operation efficiency of the port logistics system,so it is worthy of study to improve the efficiency of joint operation of quay crane and yard crane and optimize the working cost between the quay crane and yard crane.In order to explorer the optimization of working cost of container terminal between the quay crane and yard crane,the paper puts the integration of quay crane and yard crane as the research object and mainly researches the minimal working cost and optimal walking path of container truck transporting between the quay crane and yard crane in the different box areas.After the reference of related literature about operation process of container terminal at home and abroad,finds that the most part of scheduling optimization of container port just focus on the one of quay crane,yard crane and container truck to optimize,less schedule and optimize two elements of them.Therefore,this paper puts the minimal working cost of joint dispatching of quay crane and yard crane in container port as the target and sets a time-widow to punish the waiting time of quay crane and yard crane in order to obtain the minimal working cost and optimal walking path of container truck in the container port and clarify the practical significance of research to enhance the competitiveness of the container port and customer satisfaction.Based on the research results at home and abroad in detail,this paper analyzes the related knowledge of scheduling in quay crane and the yard crane and proposes a new mode of container truck scheduling between quay crane and yard crane which is the base of the joint scheduling mode of quay crane and yard crane,then puts the minimal working cost of container trucktransporting between the quay crane and yard crane in the different box areas to establish the relevant optimization model.Then the genetic algorithm are selected as the algorithm of the model after comparing the scheduling optimization algorithm of quay crane and yard crane and designs the relevant algorithm steps based on the characteristics of the optimization model.Finally,puts the Xiamen Ocean Gate as example to prove the effectiveness of model.This paper is helpful to improve the operational efficiency of quay yard and yard crane to reduce working cost of container truck,and provide valuable reference for relevant government departments to explore the regulation of management innovation.
