The new energy technology has been given more attention from all over the world in the context of global energy shortage,environment pollution,climate change and other issues.The benefits of wind power generation for conserving resource and protecting the environment are remarkable.Compared with other new energy power generation technologies,wind power generation has distinct advantages,among which wind turbine is the key equipment in wind power generation technology.The natural environment of the wind farm and the randomness of the control variables of the wind turbine dictated that the wind power system is a nonlinear system.To find a control method to ensure the stability of the output power of wind turbine under different conditions is the mainly priority.Therefore,this paper proposed a real-time intelligent control method to apply in the wind power generation control system.Application of fuzzy control algorithm in variable pitch system,and the intelligent control system based on PLC controller and Win CC configuration software wasdesigned,which realize the real-time monitoring and intelligent control of wind turbine.(1)The 2MW direct drive wind turbine is the study object,had introduced the principle of wind turbine.By setting up the mathematical model in MATLAB/Simulink software to find the factors which affect output of wind turbine,for obtaining the change trends between the influence factors and the output power.(2)The fuzzy control algorithm was set up in the fuzzy toolbox of MATLAB though the application of fuzzy control theory,which was proposed a fuzzy control method of variable pitch system based on PLC to realize that the application of intelligent control.(3)S7-300 PLC was selected to carry out the program design of control system applicated STEP7 software according to control requirement.And the program simulation debugging was realized in S7-PLCSIM software.(4)Using MATLAB software to carry out data simulation,analysis and processing and used Win CC configuration software to design monitoring interface.(5)The OPC technology was applicated to realized visual data exchange,storage and analysis and establish the real-time control system.
