| With the status of logistics industry is improving continually in development of national economy,the newly published policies about logistics undergird the logistics industry which is provided with excellent opportunity to be developed.As logistics parks is becoming an offspring in the progress of modern logistics industry,their functions,sizes and status are also improved gradually.Copious resources are making an influx to the logistics parks and are forming cluster effects,which stimulates the position of logistics park collection-and-distribution system.Logistics and business resources are absorbed from the hinterland of the parks,by which the parks supply high-quality logistics service and massive real-time information to the cities in the hinterland as well.However,the logistics park collection-and-distribution system is not clearly defined either among domestic or international research,and there lacks of relevant studies about which.Therefore,if it essential to study logistics park collection-and-distribution system specifically.This paper firstly expounds the definition and types of logistics parks,and analyzes that it plays an important role in resources gathering,industry linkage,regional economy and the development of cities.On the basis of this,the basic theories related to logistics collection and distribution system are expounded,including its definition,components,characteristics,nature and importance.Then the network characteristics of logistics park collection and distribution network are described,introducing the basic elements of logistics park distribution and collection network as nodes and lines,analyzing its influencing factors,and dividing logistics park distribution and collection network into four categories according to the mode of transportation.According to the characteristics of logistics park network,the logistics park collection and distribution network is described mathematically by using the theories of graph theory and network,and the model of collection and distribution methods decision and transportation assignment which is solved through reconfiguring network and applying improved successive shortest algorithm with simplex method is established based on the multi-commodity and multigraph minimum cost flow theories,in which the minimum total logistics cost of the system is objective function.Finally,combined with a case in Huzhou,the model is calculated and analyzed,and suggestions about planning are put forward. |
