With the development of chemical industry, the gathering of chemical industry or chemical manufacturers led to the accumulation of chemical logistics providers. Chemical logistics provider agglomeration formed chemical logistics park. Chemical logistics park business mainly includes warehousing, transportation, packing of chemical products, most of these chemicals are dangerous goods, variety and quantity. Because the liquid dangerous goods as the main body, so railway self-provided tanker become the main transportation of chemical logistics park. Railway self-provided tanker variety, the high cost of purchase and the special requests when it transport of dangerous goods. Therefore, according to the physical and chemical properties of dangerous goods, rational allot railway self-provided tanker to meet the demand of the transportation of dangerous goods, improve the utilization rate of self-provided tank car and reduce the purchase and transportation cost of railway self-provided tanker have an important significance to the management of chemical industry logistics park railway self-provided tanker.Based on the status quo and characteristics of chemical logistics park railway self-provided tanker, the research content is as follows:First of all, the paper through the analysis of domestic and foreign research status quo of railway self-provided tanker and chemical logistics park railway self-provided tanker transport characteristics, summarizing the relevant requirements and configuration factors of the chemical logistics park railway self-provided tanker transportation. From the management of railway self-provided tanker, loading and unloading transportation ability, dangerous goods demand situation and other factors, the paper analyzes the influence factors of railway self-provided tanker configuration, and puts forward the reasonable configuration of chemical logistics park railway self-provided tanker.Secondly, the paper choose the minimum cost maximum flow model as the foundation model. Through loading and unloading transportation ability and the dangerous goods transportation amount added to the model of constraint condition, the paper improves the minimum cost maximum flow model, and uses the lingo software to calculate. The calculation results are divided into two kinds. When there is a solution, the calculation results is the rational allocation of the results. When calculation results without a solution, the paper adopts compensatory capacity by railway self-provided tanker or the method of expansion of capacity in the loading and unloading areas to meet the transportation needs of dangerous goods. And then, verifying by comparing the model calculation method of off-site self-provided tanker demand in 《The chemical enterprise railway self-provided tanker number sets》.Finally, the paper based on the actual transportation situation of methanol, xylene in X chemical industry logistics park, according to the relevant requirements and configuration factors of the chemical logistics park railway self-provided tanker transportation, using the improved minimum cost maximum flow model, calculates the number of configuration that the self-provided tanker of transporting methanol, xylene in X chemical industry logistics park. When calculation results without a solution, the paper adopts compensatory capacity by railway self-provided tanker or the method of expansion of capacity in the loading and unloading areas to meet the transportation needs of dangerous goods. Through the calculation result of self-provided tanker rational allocation in the case, further verify the economic significance and practical significance of the research that chemical logistics park railway self-provided tanker reasonable configuration.
