Yangtze River Economic Belt,the economic integration of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei and The Belt and Road are called as the three strategic plannings of Chinese economy.Yangtze River Economic Belt is meaningful in expanding domestic demand,promoting economic growth,adjusting regional structure and upgrading China's economy.At present,on the background of the strategies of Yangtze River Economic Belt,collection and distribution system for the ports also have problems that the port layout is not reasonable,the port division is not coordinated,the comprehensive transportation is not perfect,and the related research is relative lack.Therefore,the study on optimizing and application of collection and distribution system for the ports are completed,based on generalized cost theory and optimization theory.The main research work and achievements are as follows:Firstly,The adaptability analysis of the theory of generalized cost and optimizing on collection and distribution system for the ports.As far as generalized cost,the adaptability of the rule of addition and multiplication of generalized cost are analyzed,and the former is considered to conformed with generalized cost for ports.Besides that,as far as optimization principle,the adaptability of UE and SO are analyzed,and the latter is considered to conformed with optimizing on collection and distribution system for the ports.Secondly,the research on generalized cost for ports.Some influence factors of the shipment of goods,including economy,convenience,environmental protection and security,are analyzed.Thus,the generalized cost model for ports,based on the basic function of generalized cost of nodes and links,is constructed.Thirdly,the research on the optimization model of collection and distribution system for ports.The network of collection and distribution system for ports is constrcted,based on the analysis of its basic characteristics and the physical and mathematical description.Meanwhile,the model of collection and distribution system for ports,based on the function of generalized cost,is constructed.Then,the basic case,relate to optimization of collection and distribution system for ports,is designed by according to the Sioux Falls network and solved by genetic algorithm.Finally,the applied research on optimization model of collection and distribution system for ports.The model is applied to the port layout,the network optimization,the function division of the ports,and comprehensive optimization for ports.And,thispaper design 24 schemes and get the best solution of scheme of collection and distribution system for ports.In addition,as an example of the optimization of collection and distribution system for ports in Jiangjin District,Chongqin City,the network of collection and distribution system for ports is constructed,based on the condition of collection and distribution system for ports in Jiangjin District.Then.this paper analyse and apply to the model that it is applicable for collection and distribution system for ports in Jiangjin District,and get the optimum optimization schemes.
