High voltage and largeresistorstandard metering device is an instrument used to calibrate national compulsory inspection equipment,such asinsulation resistance meter,largeresistor meter,megohm meter by metrology department with inspection qualification.With the rapid development of current electrical industrial technology,the demand for the performance and insulating effect of the electrical equipment that frequently works under high voltage conditions is higher and higher.Therefore,the inspection institution needs to develop an intelligent standard device with greater resistance measurement rangeand higher nominal voltage,which can be used to perform routine inspection work.This thesisproposes a kind of design and production plan about 10 kV high voltage and largeresistorstandard metering device.The standard resistance and reference voltage of traditional standard device are improved to 200 G? and 10 kV.And it realizes intelligent design for temperature and humidity control of system and automatic control for high voltage measuring and range conversion by using MSP430 single-chip microcomputer as the main control module.Paper makesa detailed analysis of design flow and common problems about 10 kV DChigh voltage and largeresistorstandard metering device.It focuses onthe circuit design of standard resistor multi-position,high voltage measuring and temperature and humidity control module of system.Then it introducesthe construction of the hardware circuit and the realization of software function.Paper has discussed the influence factorof the precision of standard resistor,processing methodof leakage current and design ideas of insulation prevention of high voltage.In the end,the production process of the standard meter is introduced,the performance of the system is tested,the data result is analyzed and the function can be realized.The performance passes the calibration of superior metrologydepartment and design meet the requirements,which the voltage indication error of all range are less than 0.5% and the measured value of the standard resistor is also within the range of error verification requirement.The design of the device is based on the relevant verification procedures and follows the design principles of reliability and practicability,so the standard device has higher precision and stabilityin service.
