| With the rapid growth of China’s economy and the improvement of road traffic infrastructure conditions,various types of motor vehicles increased year by year.Road traffic accident rescue,illegal vehicle handling and other social needs also will grow rapidly.At the same time,as a post-car market,the road rescue industry has gradually been paid attention to,has been rapid development.But research level for road rescue equipment monitoring technology is generally not high at overseas and domestic.In the process of road rescue operations,the secondary accident is often led,damage road rescue equipment,rescued vehicles and related personnel safety are damaged due to physical or environmental monitoring technology’s shortcomings.Aimed at problems of safety monitoring technology in road rescue industry,this paper designs and develops a safety monitoring system for road rescue equipment based on multi-source information,and divides it into physical or environmental monitoring technology for research.The main work of the paper is summarized as follows:(1)Through the analysis of existing problems in the field of road rescue and the research status of road rescue equipment monitoring technology,combines with the actual needs of the relying subject,the safety monitoring system of road rescue equipment based on multi-source information is put forward and designed in this paper;(2)According to characteristics of equipment operating environment,the hardware platform is built with IPC as the core,the sensor of each module is selected and designed;Multi-thread programming technology is used and through a variety of means of communication to achieve real-time acquisition of multi-sensor;(3)The research on attitude monitoring module of physical monitoring technology,after the relevant content of attitude measurement is summarized then the scheme of attitude monitoring module is proposed,and the research of attitude monitoring technology based on unscented Kalman filter is conducted,so as to the real-time monitoring of road rescue equipment attitude information is realized;(4)The research on obstacle detection technology based on 3D lidar,through the processing of 3D point cloud data to create two-dimensional grid map,and then through the connected domain analysis and the relevant characteristics description to do cluster and detection of obstacle target,so as to the real-time detection of the obstacles is realized in the environment around the road rescue equipment;(5)Comprehensive test of real vehicle is taken in the ministry of communications highway traffic test site,the functionality and reliability of the road rescue equipment safety monitoring system based on the multi-source information are tested,through the feedback and data analysis to optimize this system Continuous. |
