| Large complex lifting equipment is the weight of the big game,is the backbone of a country’s manufacturing industry.Equipment manufacturing industry occupies an important position in China’s economy and industry,the complex lifting equipment is an important carrier of high-end manufacturing,by means of information technology to enhance the lifting equipment manufacturing level of service has become the industry consensus at home and abroad.Therefore,the research on the key support technology of MRO,such as safety monitoring,health monitoring and maintenance decision,making for large and complex lifting equipment,are studied deeply,The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Combined with a large number of literature and research work,expounds the complex connotation of heavy equipment and MRO service,the research background and significance,and analyses the current situation related to heavy equipment maintenance management technology and products in the field of MRO services from home and abroad.On this basis,this paper puts forward the research content of this paper.(2)Taking the operating parameters such as lifting weight,lifting height,working time,total working time,working cycles,operating instructions,the key safety parameters such as the brake state of the lifting mechanism,the wind resistance and the chain protection and ambient video information as the object,the research on the safety monitoring technology of lifting equipment is carried out to provide the technical means for ensuring the safety,controllability and manageability of hoisting equipment.(3)This paper analyzes the typical failure modes of the structure,the motor,the brake and the reducer in the case of the quayside container crane.On this basis,combined with field work,the metal structure and reducer as an example,based on the structural health monitoring method based on fiber grating and running state monitoring method of multi sensors,it lays the technical foundation for the basic data accumulation of metal structure and operation mechanism of hoisting equipment.(4)Based on safety monitoring parameters and health monitoring data,according to the lifting mechanism of the quayside container crane,the electrical system,the metal mechanism,the reducer,based on the safety monitoring parameters and quantitative FTA to determine the crane electrical system maintenance decision-making method,Structural fatigue life and maintenance cycle evaluation method based on stress monitoring of metal structure of crane equipment and fault trend prediction and maintenance decision making method based on vibration monitoring data,and gives the example analysis.(5)The basic framework of MRO service management system for large scale complex lifting equipment is constructed,and the contents of each module of the system are described,which lays a foundation for the further improvement of the system in the future,the content of this paper has certain reference value for the application of MRO technology in the health management of large and complex lifting equipment. |
