After the road traffic accident, it is extremely important for restoration of road traffic to rescue the accident vehicle quickly. At present, at home and abroad the concern on information security monitoring technology of wrecker rescue equipment is quite less, and the information level of wrecker rescue equipment is very low, so it is very difficult to guarantee the convenience and security of the wrecker rescue process. In the rescue process of the wrecker rescue equipment, limiting rescue equipment safety performance causes the secondary accidents, and also damages the saved vehicles and equipment's own safety.For the equipment in the rescue process may occur in the two accident, the paper designs a safety monitoring system with high level of information to improve the safety performance of multifunctional car wrecker rescue equipment. The details are as follows:1. Design needs of safety monitoring system of the wrecker rescue vehicle is analyzed, and general scheme of rescue vehicles safety monitoring system is designed.2. The hardware platform of Safety monitoring system is constructed. The computer is made of an industrial personal computer based on PC/104 bus standard. The software platform of Safety monitoring system is constructed. The adoption of multi-threading technology and serial communication technology ensures the collection of information from multiple sensors.3. According to the actual characteristics of rescue vehicles, attitude measurement program is developed.4. Measure method of winch oil temperature is designed. Sensor optional program is determined. Then according to the fuzzy control theory, the winch oil temperature data processing method is designed.5. After finishing the research and design of the navigation platform, experiment also has been done on the wrecker rescue vehicle to check the reliability and accuracy of the designed safety monitoring system.By far, the main part of content above has been completed and the real vehicle test has been conducted outdoor. By analyzing the experiment results, the safety monitoring system can realize the functions as designed, at the same time owns the advantages of high reliability and accuracy.
