Study On Container Transit Station Site Selection Considering Service Coverage

At present,the efficiency of the maritime container cargo system has reached a high level in the global trade cargo transportation system,but the relative efficiency of the inland container system is very low.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of the inland container transportation system is a key issue in the current international trade freight transport system.The site selection for container transit station could increase the efficiency of the inland transportation.There are many factors that have an impact on the site selection for container transit station,and the service level could be one of it.Considering of the service level,it will improve the customers' satisfaction and the quality of the transportation service.This paper focuses on the service coverage of the service level.Review.the related researches before and make sure the definition of container transit station and site selection problem.Then analyze the effect and influence factors of container transit station.Introduce the theory of the service level and site selection.This paper presents a consideration of the service coverage of port hinterland container transportation network model.The model is combined with a multi-objective optimization model and an assignment model.NSGA-? algorithm is used to solved the model.And Liaoning port group in mainland China and the economic hinterland of the three northeast provinces of the Northeast China are studied as an example.In the example,container transit station position is selected considering service coverage.This paper analyzes the results with the site selection of container transit station under the 0.99 service level,and comes to a conclusion that only the container transit station in Liaoning province can play a good role of distribution and collection because of the service radius limit of the container transit station.Jilin Province comes to the second,Heilongjiang Province,due to its large area and long distance from cities,distribution center is hard to work well.
