| Evaporative cooling is a technology of air-conditioning which can save energy,protect environment and make low-carbon,this technology has been widely used in the areas of agriculture,textile,data centers and subways in home and abroad.At present,the application of the technology in outdoor areas are orchards,semi-open restaurants and parks and other tourist attractions.In recent years,with the global temperature changes,our living environment is getting warmer and warmer,the work environment of outdoor workers in the summer should be improved,the purpose of the study is using which should not disjoint with the actual,so our research should have practical significance of the requirements.Outdoor environment is complex and have widely range,the evaporative cooling technology has a unique advantage in combination of the energy saving and cooling.Therefore,this topic is based on the urgent need which to solve the practical problems of research and put forward the application of evaporative cooling in the guard post research program-evaporative cooling air conditioning which used in traffic sentry.The main pre-stage is use direct evaporative cooling air supply for the job area of the local post-feasibility study to determine the air supply,After completion of the feasibility analysis,the subject is complete the evaporative cooling air conditioning with the relevant standards and evaporative cooling air-conditioning design standard to determine the relevant design parameters.In the latter part of this project,the application of the evaporative cooling air conditioning in the guard post is studied from the following three aspects:(1)The main study is aimed to evaporative cooling efficiency of evaporative cooling air conditioning in the outdoor environment.According to the test the actual maximum air flow into the prototype is 3713.60m3 / h,the average evaporative cooling efficiency in high,mid and low stander is70% 、 75% and75%.The average evaporative cooling efficiency of the three stalls is 75.4%.So the air conditioning under different stall in the case of stable operation,and the prototype of the evaporative cooling efficiency to meet the cooling requirements of the work area.(2)The study of effects of circulating water temperature on the evaporative cooling efficiency of evaporative cooling air conditioners in outdoor.Through the analysis,it is found that the circulating water temperature has a certain effect on the evaporative cooling efficiency of the air conditioning prototype in the outdoor conditions;The evaporative cooling efficiency of the prototype decreases with the increase of the(3)circulating water temperature.On the contrary,the evaporative cooling efficiency of the prototype increases with the decrease of the circulating water temperature,and the change of the evaporative cooling efficiency with the circulating water temperature will have a certain delay.When the circulating water temperature on the test day is higher than the wet bulb temperature of the inlet air,the evaporative cooling efficiency of the test day is less than 70%.When the circulating water temperature on the test day is lower than the wet bulb temperature of the inlet air,the evaporative cooling efficiency of the test day is higher than 70%.Therefore,the direct evaporative cooling,the evaporative cooling efficiency is improved as the circulating water temperature decreases.(4)The water consumption of the evaporative cooling air conditioning in cooling the work area with evaporative air-conditioners are simulated,which will provide the first-hand data for the later improvement of the air conditioning. |
