With the application of computer technology in the test areas,the development of generic integrated test systems,has become the main direction of the development of new weapons testing technology.The modern weapons system has been featured by strong functionality and excellent performance.Because of the influence of the complexity and uncertainty of objective conditon,it is difficlt to establish outfield that fit for testing the new weapons systems.Considering the influence above,the main factors are long period,low efficiency and huge costs.To some extent,simulation test is feasible and can overcome these disadvantages.Today,in some developed military nations,the simulation these have been widely used to test the new weapons systems.In this paper,I introduced the weapons systems external devices and analyzed the requirements of the simulation system of external devices' signals in weapons systems R&D(research and development)process.Meanwhile the software systems of the device was researched and designed by using Visual C++ 6.0 under Windows XP.This analog system had three benefits verified.Frist,Model test was more simple,flexible,convenient and viable.Second,the precision and reliability about the test were promoted by eliminating the personal error.Third,the whole testing cycle was shortened.The signals of the weapons systems external devices were simulated and communicated to the DUT(Device Under Test)by some hardware devices in this paper,such as RS-422 A serial data card,Air Bus 1553 B card,10/100 M dual redundant NIC(Network Interface Card),digital to synchro converters(DSC),I/O card,D/A card with 32 channels and signal amplification modules.RS-422 A serial date card in the simulation equipment is used to send four channels serial data with the specified serial data protocol for communication with weapon system,which are used to simulate the navigation station information interface and local benchamark navigation information.Aviation 1553 B bus card in the sumulation equipment is used to simulate the 1553 B bus in the weapon system and communicate with the weapon system.Dual redundant NIC(Network Interface Card)in the simulation equipment send the data with the specified network data packet format to communicate with the SUT,which is used to simulate navigation interface,time system interface and combat system.Digital to synchro converters(DSC)in the device are used to simulate the meter instrument to measure the speed of ship and gyrocompass to measure the heading angle,pitching angle and rolling angle.I/O datas have two functions in this device,one is used as digital to synchro converters(DSC)input signals;the other one is used as to simulate the electromagnetic compatibility equipment and firepower compatible device.D/A card with 32 channels in the device is used to output 32 channels analog signals.In order to meet the requirements of the system under test,analog signals need to amplify and output in the forms of sinusoidual wave signal,square wave sigal,triangular wave signal and any value.During the research and debugging,the stability and real-time performance of data communication were crucial to adapting severe environment.Meanwhile,it was veritable to simulate actual combat environment in the R&D process,and estimating the reliability and anti-jamming of the system.Finally,through joint debugging and testing the marine equipment simulation system which was designed in this paper,the test results and data show that functionality and performance of this system could meet the requirements and could work continuously in a relatively long period of time.
