With the rapid development of economy,clean air conditioning technology has entered people's life and has been widely used;especially with the progress of science and technology,the production of cosmetics,and electronic products in recent years production have given rise to domestic vigorous clean industry.The development of clean room brings the problem of high energy consumption at the same time.This paper takes the actual project as an example,uses the methods of simulation analysis and field test,and attempts to reduce the energy consumption of the laboratory by changing the air exchange rate,under the conditions the requirements of laboratory cleanliness is met.1.The air conditioning system of the biological safety laboratory is studied.The parameters such as the temperature of the air supply,the air supply volume,the air exchange rate,the humidity and so on are calculated.2.Several common airflow are simulated using Airpak software.The advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used air distribution are compared and analyzed.And then,the performance advantages and disadvantages of airflow selection of system design are verified;The results show that in the class clean room,up-supply and side-return air distribution mode is superior to several other air organization.3.The laboratory of cleanliness,air temperature and humidity,illumination,air leakage and noise were tested in the at-rest condition.It is found that in the setting of supply air,the test is greater than or equal to 0.5 m particles of 95%UCL was 53100,far below the specification of the 281000;After checking that,it is found,if air exchange rate is reduced 1,the annual operating cost of all clean room in the drug factory will be saved about 390 thousand yuan.4 From the perspective of the air exchange rate,the change trends of laboratory cleanliness,temperature and humidity with the reduction of exchange rate are simulated by using Airpak.The results indicate that,when not changing the indoor ventilation state point,the optimum air exchange rate of the cleanroom is 22 h-1,while changing the indoor ventilation state point The best number of clean rooms the value is 18 h-1,which is lower than the requirements of the times of ventilation.
