Pharmaceutical Clean Room Optimization Design And Research

The quality of drugs is directly related to human health and safety, In the process of drug production need to prevent the particles in the air and microbial contamination and cross-contamination, Pharmaceutical industry clean room is controlled indoor climate produced in order to satisfy high cleanliness production environment, Therefore analysis to simulate the process of pharmaceutical factory clean indoor air is of great significance.This paper established a mathematical model of the actual production status,using computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method for model computation.In this paper, aiming at the problem of temperature distribution of work area of pharmaceutical clean room to establish mathematical model, by setting reasonable initial conditions and boundary conditions, Numerical analysis of the send side back,giving to the next, side supply side back to three kinds of ventilation air flow. When the number of air supply outlet respectively for the two, four, six, eight,simulating pharmaceutical factory clean indoor air cross flow,using the post-processing software back to intercept all model wind velocity vector distribution in the cross section of the graph to describe the flow within the workshop. Through comparative analysis of cross section of a blast way under the specific number of vents change working area measuring points of temperature and velocity. Summary of the model under the condition of several air inlet temperature and average velocity both meet the specification requirements and has good air distribution uniformity, so that to improve clean indoor comfort and work efficiency of staff.
