The main objective of hospital clean operating room air-conditioning is to control operating room inside temperature,humidity,airflow,bacteria and harmful gas, to protect surgical site and prevent surgical site infection. For some special operations such as corrective surgery, Organ Transplantation surgery and so on, air cleaning degree has prominent effect to reduce postoperative infection. Dependence on the traditional chemical disinfection and medicament to control postoperative infection are not accord with the request of the age, air cleaning technology as the important process of proceeding control guarantee system has already gradual acceptance of surgical treatment anti-infectious. Contrapose current air-conditioning of the clean operating room enormous wind,minor relative load and indoor air distribution inhomogeneous, investigate the optimization design of clean operating room air distribution and the best air-conditioning operating mode have significant practical value.This article based on II clean operating room, adopt CFD numerical simulating methods , choose the appropriate turbulent model and boundary conditions, simulate the clean operating room on the empty state condition, the different air supply area, the position and number of return air have the impact of operating zone velocity field and temperature field.The simulating results indicate , augment air supply area, increase the number of return air can enlarge main flow area , reduce indoor vortex and operating zone the degree of velocity field turbulence.Conclude the clean operating room air-conditioning methods of treatment of air temperature and moisture,operating mode and correlation parameters, analyse the characteristic of operating room air-conditioning. Design and calculation of thermal and humid load, fresh air volume and total air volume.The results indicate on summer design conditions adopt second returns air system can decrease energy consumption , at one time accord with "priority tohumidity control and running"principle.This article point out that operating room airflow pattern and air-conditioning matching scheme have the certain reference value.
