Urbanization development today,infrastructure is increasingly becoming the focus of attention at the same time,Government in infrastructure construction,also requires a lot of manpower and material resources to ensure the rapid urban development.From this point of view,urban infrastructure construction is an integral part of the building,and,in the process of urban construction,to guarantee the safety of nature become necessary considerations.Current municipal infrastructure debt,big shortage.There in the old city a century ago old facilities,the old buildings are still in use.Especially in the "8.12" Tianjin lucky Harbor sea dangerous goods special after the occurrence of major accidents,safety,Tianjin has become an urgent problem to be solved.Combining characteristics of municipal public works,focused on the city’s old town with the upgrading of municipal facilities unsafe factors in the reconstruction.To reduce human unsafe behavior,control state of insecurity,to cope with environment of the insecurity factors and management pitfalls to avoid,and create a safe and orderly construction site to help economic and social development.In the course of this study,first of all,the concept of safety management of municipal engineering analyses,and then from the Tianjin municipal infrastructure repair and analyzes the current situation of safety management,objectively,will present the bridge of Tianjin municipal infrastructure projects,case studies of Foundation pit collapse,then puts on the infrastructure problems in the repair process.In problem identification,based on factors from the construction management of the units,also from the external socio-environmental effects.Human factors,there are physical factors and institutional factors,management factors,there are profound social and historical reasons,both sudden and accidental factors,there are caused by negligence and disregard the inevitability factor.This article focuses on the human insecurity,instability,environmental factors and management of defects in four aspects,causal analysis,quantitative analysis methods,identify the source of the problem and make recommendations for the prevention or improvement.In the recommendations on,combines security hidden danger eliminating and standardized construction of the works presented in Tianjin in the present security management countermeasures that should be taken in the process.In conclusion,this paper a case study of Tianjin municipal engineering,through specific case studies to analyze the cause of the accident,and summarizes the effective method to reduce the accident rate.Research on this subject,helps to improve the quality of Tianjin municipal engineering construction safety management and efficiency.
