With the development of ship equipment manufacture technology,the equipment becomes more and more complicated.Then the capacity requirements of crew about fault diagnosis and isolation are increasingly high demanded.IETM(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual)is an effective method which is widely recognized in the fault diagnosis and isolation field.And it has become the mainstream technology of modern equipment guarantee and widely used.This paper discussed the fault diagnosis and isolation of ship equipment as the main application field,and combined with the expert system technology to design the intelligent IETM model and the solution of the key technical difficulties.Firstly,based on in-depth research of GJB6600 standard,the working principle and the function framework of IETM and the fault diagnosis and isolation expert system,classification and features of fault information of ship equipment,this paper analyze of the characteristics of intelligent IETM,design the method and model of fault diagnosis and isolation for the intelligent ship equipment IETM.The fault diagnosis and isolation expert system will be integrated in the IETM system as a module.Then provide the fault diagnosis and isolation support to intelligent IETM base on the fault knowledge in DataBase.Secondly,based on the Analysis of characteristic of the ship equipment fault information,design the knowledge storage structure for fault diagnosis and isolation.The structure has three core part:failure mode,failure causes and diagnosis conclusion,and the paper design each part of the them.The fault information is structured and standardized by the technology of fault tree model.Then design the decomposition method of the fault tree,the mapping rule to a framework and the rules to transform framework model into the knowledge.Thirdly,design diagnosis and isolation reasoning algorithm and intelligent IETM fault diagnosis and isolation reasoning module based on knowledge storage structure and the forward backward inference control strategy.Base on the behavior date of users through IETM,design path optimization algorithm.Using the qualitative/quantitative analysis of fault tree to carry out path optimization and enhance the intelligent ability of IETM.At last,base on a typical ship air conditioning system as an example,programming air-conditioning system for intelligent IETM system to verify the proposed method.Choose the typical fault cases;construct the knowledge of fault diagnosis and isolation,and the feasibility of the algorithm is validated by the experimental results.
