| With the continuous development of nuclear engineering and technology,abundant technical means are used in various nuclear-related fields,the performance requirements and complexity are getting higher and higher.Under these conditions,maintaining a high level of safety and reliability of nuclear power equipment has important research value.Adopting IETM technology to provide fault diagnosis and function of guidance to assist staff in fault location and maintenance.This thesis takes nuclear power turbine generator as the object,the application scheme of fault diagnosis method combined with virtual prototype visualization technology is designed and analyzed under the IETM technology framework,a maintenance support system for a typical nuclear power equipment based on the S1000 D standard was completed.This thesis first starts with demand analysis of maintenance and support to confirm the system function.On the basis of further research on IETM technology,fault diagnosis technology and virtual prototype technology,the feasibility of combining fault tree analysis with expert system and the necessity of lightweight processing of virtual prototype are analyzed.Secondly,this paper takes nuclear power turbine generator as the subject to analyze the structure and function then summarize the fault causes and effects.Next up,the design scheme of fault diagnosis module based on fault tree analysis and expert system under the IETM framework is proposed,meanwhile the storage model and expression method of fault knowledge are determined,and achieving the analysis for the integration process of the expert system.Thirdly,on basis of drawings and technical documents of nuclear power turbine generator,the three-dimensional geometric model for the virtual prototype is constructed.After proposing a design scheme for visual function module,lightweight method of the virtual prototype is analyzed.Meanwhile,an overall design scheme for realizing the visual display and interactive functions of the virtual prototype is achieved.Finally,based on the IETM framework and the S1000 D standard,a maintenance support system of typical nuclear power turbine generator is developed under the C/S architecture.Afterwards typical faults are selected to verify the function of fault diagnosis,then the virtual prototype visualization module is developed to achieve visual and interactive operation for structure and installation process of components. |
