With the development of China’s social and economic,the annual new residential area continues to increase,while the traditional structural system of energy consumption,environmental pollution and waste of resources has become increasingly serious problem.The steel tube concrete composite structure has the advantages of steel and concrete,which can be used to achieve the new trend of the development of the house,because of the advantages of the factory,the assembly of the construction,material recycling and so on.In the new situation of vigorously developing the green building,promoting the construction of industrialization in China,combined that indemnificatory housing is relatively simple,high repetition rate,suitable for the characteristics of standard design,and the Binhai New Area near Bohai,high groundwater level,has a soft soil foundation bearing capacity is very low under the condition of exploration,it has important theoretical significance and practical application value in Tianjin Binhai New Area of indemnificatory housing to promote a wide range of concrete filled steel residential system.This paper firstly expounds the research background of the subject,then provides an overview of the CFST structure,node and enclosure system,and the domestic and foreign history and current situation of the development of steel tube concrete structure is introduced in detail,and puts forward the necessity of the system of concrete filled steel residential system.Based on summarizing the steel structure residential system,puts forward three kinds of different characteristics and systematically summarizes the current system of concrete filled steel tube used in the building envelopehave different advantages of the new steel pipe concrete residential structure system,and combined with the specific engineering case system of steel concrete composite structure residential practical value and social benefits.The weak current protection system of concrete filled steel residential system,proposes a new assembly type steel keel foam concrete wall panels,and the experimental research and analysis provide useful conclusions and the important technical support for prefabricated wall panels of further research and development of high performance.Finally,from the perspective of the overall economic efficiency,social and ecological benefits evaluation on the application of concrete filled steel tube Combined special-shaped column structure system in indemnificatory housing of Binhai New Area in real comprehensive analysis,combined with the actual construction of Binhai New Area Court of public rental Yu AnYuan numerical analysis modeling and parameters of Midas,so as to obtain useful conclusions,finally puts forward the suitable indemnificatory housing characteristics of Binhai New Area residential views and corresponding countermeasure suggestions of concrete filled steel tubular structure.
