In recent years,the state has become more strict with environmental protection,and the prefabricated structure has become a hot spot in the construction industry again.The prefabricated concrete structure assembled on the construction site can save costs,save energy and reduce emissions,and reduce the construction period.The special-shaped column limb is equal to the thickness of the wall,which avoids the corner of the column extrude,increasing the useful area of the house,convenient interior decoration design.The advantages of the two structures are prominent,but both have some limitations.Prefabricated Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular(CFST)special-shaped column structure combines the prefabricated structure,special-shaped column structure and concrete-filled steel tubular structure,which not only has the advantages of three kinds of structure,but also overcomes the problems of joint connection and weak bearing capacity.In order to make the research to be more perfect,it designed a two-story and two-bay frame of fabricated CFST special column and carried out the pseudo static test on the basis of previous findings in the research.During the test,the damage process of the specimen was observed,the yield sequence of steel bar and steel pipe was recorded,and the mechanical properties of the structure were analyzed.The results show that the beam end of the structure is seriously damaged,forming a typical "beam hinge",and the failure mechanism is reasonable.The bearing capacity of the frame is higher and the displacement ductility is much higher than that of the general special-shaped column structure,which have good plastic deformation ability.The overall displacement Angle of the frame and the displacement Angle between the layers are far larger than the specified limit,which indicates that the structure has a strong resistance to collapse.The hysteretic curve of the frame is full,which shows good energy dissipation capacity.Strength attenuation is not obvious and stiffness degradation is small.By using ABAQUS software,the elastic-plastic numerical analysis of the frame was carried out,and the deformation of the structure was analyzed in detail.The yield load and the corresponding displacement,the failure load and the corresponding displacement all differ very little,the frame ductility of the simulation result is higher than the test value,the plastic hinge appears in the same order,and the failure mechanism is similar.Figure 66;Table 16;Reference 79...
