Researching On Design And Optimization Of Urban Middle And Low Voltage Distribution Network Reform Project Scheme

Urban distribution network is an important part of the power system,as one of the city's important infrastructure,it is closely related to the city's socio-economic development.The goal of urban distribution network planning is to improve the power supply ability and electricity quality constantly of the city network through scientific planning and constructing network-strong,structure-applicable,safe,reliable,running-flexible,energy-saving and efficient distribution network,and consequently the distribution network will meet the requirements of urban economic growth and society development.There have been a lack of emphasis on construction of distribution network for a long time in our country and network structure is unreasonable.The construction of distribution network are falling far behind the power source construction and load development and problems like “distribution network being unable to supply enough electricity and power being unavailable to consumers” arise.Hence it is vital to program and construct a highly reliable urban distribution network satisfying the needs of load at this stage.The research background,significance and status of reconstruction project of urban MV and LV distribution network are introduced firstly in this paper and main research methods are stated meanwhile.Based on this,the fundamental theory of reconstruction project of urban MV and LV distribution network is expounded.Next,distribution network status of JingDeZhen urban area including power source facilities,MV distribution network,and LV distribution network is discussed in detail and major problems are pointed out.Afterwards,a set of reconstruction technology principles are figured out.Under the guidance of these principles,the distribution network reconstruction can be carried out in following aspects: power load forecasting,substation planning,line planning and investment estimating,etc.Finally,an outlook of the future,as well as an analysis of how effective it will be after the reconstruction are exhibited.
