A Study On The Theory In Urban Distribution Planning And Its Application

With the constant and rapid economic development of our country, electricityplanning has been received great recognition from the urban planning and powerdepartments. This paper reviews the content, method and thought of the urbandistribution network planning, sums up the specific procedures and steps ofdistribution network planning, and for each part, summarizes the applicative planningmethod and thought that can be applicable to the actual situation in our country. Themain contents include:(1) Combined with years of planning experience of the writer, this paper sums upthe specific procedures and steps of distribution network planning processes,introduces the main contents involved in distribution network planning, and providesthe guidance for specific implementation.(2)According to practical experience of many years, this paper collects the maincontent and summarizes the corresponding planning method and thought of the of thedistribution network planning combined with its task and characteristics.Current distribution network adopts AHP for comprehensive evaluation. Loadforecasting involves for the total load forecasting and spatial load forecasting. Thetotal load forecasting adopts multiple curve trend extrapolation. Spatial loadforecasting adopts simulation method. Substation location adopts the more bittechnology of plane. This paper adopts the planning decision support system as anauxiliary tool for automatic location through level years method (pseudo-dynamicmethod). High and middle voltage distribution network planning adopts heuristicmethod based on geographical information system.(3)With the above-mentioned planning method and thought, this paper carrys outthe distribution network planning of a planning area, show the planning examplesresults and elucidates the application of basic method and thought.Distribution network planning examples show that the planning result is morereasonable, adapts to local load development need and can guide the actualconstruction and transformation of the district distribution network at the same time.Through specific planning, the rationality of planning method is further verified.
