According to the quickly development of electronics technology and life quality improvement of citizens,the requirements to home appliances request many characteristics,such as varieties of product functions,intelligent and highly safety,etc.All these requirements make the firmware design of home appliance products increasingly complicated.For instance,for electronic rice cooker/electronic pressure cooker and induction cooker which known by people,because of the requirements of multi-functions and intelligent,the employed MCU has been upgraded from four bits to eight bits,even up to current sixteen bits.Firmware structure of products is been increasingly upgrading;Firmware administrative levels is continuously improving and the safety and reliability design of program is more and more complicated.The timely operation safety risks of home appliance cookers mainly behave as fire disaster,in addition electronic pressure cooker also exists cover-lift explosion disaster.These disasters threat both consumer's body safety and property safety.In case of happen,these disasters will result in irrecoverable losses to consumer selves or their families.For enterprise,these safety accidents may cause huge losses,even bankrupt.Consequently,in terms of safety prevention and control to home appliance cookers,strict certification and audit procedure must be taken before they enter into mass productions.Presently the main dominant home appliance enterprises begin to install up production safety audit professional committee,who supervise and audit safety and reliability of product practicalities during product design process,which put the safety and reliability design work of products on the first priority item.The safety and reliability of home appliance cookers not only lie on safety control of normal operation to products,but also lie on protection functions realized by firmware surveillance and detection during abnormal operation to components.Accordingly,the safety and reliability of products can be insured by several methods including analyzing cooking temperature changing trends of different cooking process,pre-evaluating safety and reliability conditions of product live operation,and applying data analysis methods to judge much more accurately safety operation status of products.All of these actions can interrupt to shutdown products before safety disasters occur and make the safety and reliability of products get revolutionarily improved.The real-time operation safety protection system of home cookers demonstrated by the paper mainly supervise the temperature of the platform,the voltage and the current etc.by system control center,and feedback data by the corresponding detective signals,and judge whether or not the real-time operation status and trend of production system platform exists potential safety problems after analyzing and dealing with the data by system control center.And then software program will adjust output control parameters according to the judging result,which ensure cookers can accomplish the entire cooking function process by self-adjustment even if the production is under abnormal environmental conditions.At the same time if product real-time process occur any dangerous abnormal statuses,the system can interrupt output in-time and cut off the heating power supply effectively to prevent products from safety accidents such as fire and scald human beings,which improved the safety protection performances of production real-time operation in terms of system design aspects.
