If household appliance enterprises want to stay in the forefront of the industry,in addition to product quality and after-sales service to achieve excellence,the most important is the construction of talent team.The quality of talents determines the competitiveness and innovation ability of an enterprise,and the stability of personnel determines the strength of the company’s executive power.C home appliance sales Co.,Ltd,formerly a state-owned group company,was listed in Hong Kong after restructuring and acquisition.With the rapid development of economic globalization and the information age,coupled with the national policy of de capacity,it is even worse for C home appliance sales Co.,Ltd.,which is located in the energy capital.Due to the market depression,low purchasing power,the impact of e-commerce and convenient logistics transportation,the sales performance of C home appliance sales Co.,Ltd.is struggling.In recent years,the grass-roots staff of C home appliance sales Co.,Ltd.is relatively mobile,and the loss of employees has brought serious problems to the operation and development of the enterprise.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of employee turnover at home and abroad,and describes the development process and employee management status of C home appliance sales Co.,Ltd.Based on the target consistent theory of Ichiro Nakasone,March and Simon model and Mobley intermediary chain model,etc,through the methods of questionnaire survey and telephone interview,it is found that the causes of grass-roots staff turnover are mainly concentrated in salary,management mode,working environment and atmosphere,promotion prospects,assessment methods and activities.These aspects work together,leading to the high turnover rate of grass-roots employees of C home appliance sales Co.,Ltd.In view of the reasons for the loss of grass-roots employees,this paper puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures from three aspects: strengthening enterprise management ability,enhancing employees’ sense of belonging and strengthening employees’ implicit welfare.In order to provide suggestions for C home appliance sales Co.,Ltd.to maintain the stability of the grass-roots staff,but also for other companies in the same industry to avoid the loss of grass-roots staff to provide reference.
