With entering the“The new normal of China's economy”,the trend of internationalization of Chinese companies has become more obvious.“The Belt and Road”proposed by China in2013 has accelerated this process.Household appliance industry started its internationalization strategy in the 20th century,and Haier,TCL,and Midea have achieved remarkable results in overseas markets and demonstrated the international competitiveness of China's home appliance brands.Companies that took the lead in carrying out internationalization strategies in the early stages,such as TCL and Haier,have invested tremendous energy in the internationalization process.After more than ten years of intensive efforts,they have became quite famous in the global market.The Top 100 Most Valuable Chinese Brands report released by Millward Brown,the world's leading market research organization,reported that among the top 10 Chinese brand overseas revenues in 2016,TCL,Midea,and Hisense's three appliance companies were on the list.However,with the advent of the Internet+era,all elements can quickly flow around the world,and companies have more opportunities for internationalization.After all,there are few international enterprises that have remarkable business performance.The Chinese home appliance industry is a huge industry.How to help other companies in the industry to carry out their internationalization strategy has important research significance.The internationalization of an enterprise must be affected by many factors.Some factors can be controlled and adjusted by the enterprise such as human resources,financial recourses,While there are some factors that the enterprise cannot intervene,such as policy and economic environment.Based on the perspective of entrepreneurs,the extent to which all types of resources within an enterprise affect internationalization is a problem that household appliance companies can not ignore in their international operations.Therefore,the research in this paper focuses on the impact of internal resources on the internationalization of the company.Through reading the literature,we can find that the research on the factors of the internationalization of enterprises is focused on the manufacturing industry.This article will especially focus on the home appliance industry,using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to explore the factors of the internationalization of China's home appliance companies,and explore the the proportion of resources to the degree of internationalization provides relevant countermeasures.Then find suggestions for the international operation of home appliance companies.First,this article reviews the related theories and research status of internationalization.Then,it analyzes the status of China's home appliance enterprises and the performance of domestic and foreign markets,and analyzes the motivation of China's home appliance companies to implement an internationalization strategy from a macro perspective.Secondly,the main influencing factors were combed from the outside and inside of the company through references.Thirdly,key factors that can be quantified within the company were extracted,and SPSS was used to process all data of household appliances companies.Influencing factor models were established and descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,and multiple regression analysis were performed.The empirical analysis showed that the company's profitability There is a significant positive impact on the degree of internationalization of home appliance companies,management capabilities,and the size of companies.The impact of R&D capabilities and marketing capabilities on the degree of internationalization is not particularly significant.Then,select Midea for case analysis.Finally,according to the empirical results,we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.We hope that companies can improve quality,strengthen brand internationalization,attract international talents,and make full use of policy opportunities to actively participate in global competition.
