With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,Government and people are paying more and more attention to hygiene and health.In recent years,large scale hospitals and very large scale hospitals in China have emerged and developed rapidly due to the disequilibrium of medical resources.The number of patients,the number of beds,the size of the hospital and the level of the building are constantly changing.Due to the particularity of the hospital,the higher requirements are put forward for the reliability of power supply,medical lighting and temperature control of the ward.Due to the large load density and large amount of electricity,the energy conservation and emission reduction strategy of the country is also implemented,so the planning and design of the power distribution network of large hospitals is more demanded.Large hospital distribution network has its characteristics.So trying to predict the power consumption and load accurately,optimizing distribution facility layout,and combined with saving energy and reducing consumption,reasonable planning of distribution network of hospital,improving the reliability and economy becomes extremely important.This paper studies the basic method,basic content and the principle of reactive power compensation for large hospital distribution network based on the NO.1 Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Combined with the overall planning of the new courtyard,the new hospital area was forecasted to meet the demand of the new hospital by combining the development trend of the load power in the old courtyard.Through the analysis of old and new campus load based data respectively,in this paper,the load of various buildings in the new courtyard is estimated according to the nature of the building and the area and distribution,and the load density method are used to predict the power consumption and maximum load in the new yard.On the basis of this,to determine the distribution capacity of the new yard,design the distribution system of the new yard,optimize the distribution of the power distribution room,configure the reactive power compensation capacity,determine the equipment model and control device.According to the data test record of several months of operation of the old courtyard,the planning conclusion is verified,which proves the rationality of the planning and design,and finally analyzes and prospected the distribution system of large hospital.
