The transport capacity of ro/ro passenger ship is more powerful than other means of transport.The main function of the ro/ro passenger wharf is to provide services for passengers and vehicles,with the characteristics of personnel-intensive,vehicle staggered and the presence of radioactive sources,so the attendant safety risks are higher.At present,as a large number of people,vehicles distribution center and traffic node,the ro/ro passenger wharf has been highly valued by the government departments,and the study of its safety risk is becoming more and more important.In recent years,the evaluation of the ro/ro passenger wharf is mostly limited to the risk assessment of port,or to analyze some risk factors of ro/ro passenger wharf,and lacks pertinence and systematization.This article uses the job hazard analysis(JHA),safety check list(SCL),fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,accident tree analysis method to identify hazardous and harmful factor,evaluate multiple hazard factors,study the main safety risk measures,from risk identification to risk analysis,layer by layer.It systematically analyzes the whole process risk factors of ro/ro passenger wharf,including both overall evaluation and evaluation of an important risk factor(fire).According to the problems and risks in the process of identification,analysis and evaluation,combining the reality of Longkou ro/ro passenger wharf and Longkou port,the article puts forward the countermeasures of risk mitigation measures,to improve ro/ro passenger wharf intrinsically safe level and provide basis for the safety management level,further reduce unsafe behavior and unsafe state of things,ensure the safety of passengers and vehicles on and off the ship.
