In recent years,the passenger and freight railway has been developed rapidly in our country.The SS4G electric locomotive is a widely used passenger freight locomotive in China,which is take up the most railway traction task.The simulation of SS4G electric locomotive is great significance for the development of railway construction.This paper takes SS4G type electric locomotive as the research object.Based on the analysis of the traction and braking model of this electric locomotive,the curve and formula of locomotive traction characteristics and its control characteristics,electric braking characteristics of locomotive and its control characteristics curve and formula are obtained.The calculation model of locomotive traction and the force state of locomotive are analyzed.Through the kinetic energy theorem,the formula for calculating the acceleration of the locomotive is obtained,which provides the basis for the programming of the control module of the simulation software.The simulation driving system of SS4G electric locomotive based on Lab VIEW is constructed,and the design principle and structure function of each module of the system are explained in detail.The system is divided into the interface display module of the driver’s platform and the calculation module of the backstage control system.The module simulation of locomotive cab driver interface,the system for data input,operation control,parameter display part.The calculation module of the control system is the calculation part of the background data,which designed according to the locomotive traction braking control characteristics and the traction calculation principle,including all the subroutines.The flow chart,main program and program block diagram of each subroutine are given.The main body of the program is loop structure,and the conditional selection structure is used to select subroutine whether to execute or not.The system has good precision and practical significance,which can provide effective means for the operation of the SS4G electric locomotive and the training of students.
