| This thesis carries on the improvement to the electronic control cabinet of SS4G locomotive. The electronic control cabinet is mainly made up of analog circuits, which make the electric circuit very complicated, maintaining not easily, increasing the interference of the electric circuit at the same time. Compared with the analog control system, digital control system shows many advantages. While keeping the locomotive electronic cabinet plug-in box invariability, each plug-in board turns to digital board, but this thesis's stress is the realization digital for characteristic control plug-in board. The digital system must achieve the same function, that is, when scheming out the digital system plug into the plug-in box the whole locomotive system runs normally.The characteristic control plug-in board system designs eight roads input and three roads output. The system hardware includes the power supply electric circuit, reset electric circuit, clock electric circuit, memorizer circuit, debug electric circuit and the D/ A conversion electric circuit. The processor is LPC2210 chip (support imitation and track microprocessor of 16/32 ARM7TDMI- S CPU), containing 8 roads A/ D conversion devices and the SPI can connect with the MAX532. Design hardware and software, carry out the conversion of A/ D that eight roads imitate the importation, the conversion of D/ A of the electric voltage that three digital outputs. It can achieve the function by programming, such as traction characteristic, brake characteristic, adhesive characteristic and axle weight transfer. Input and output signals are not changed, and the function is similar to primary system, so it can ensure the whole locomotive running normally.According to similar design of the characteristic control plug-in board, other boards also can be designed to as digital system. Furthermore, two or plural boards as a superabundance can be designed to digital system, as long as it can achieve the necessary function. |
