With the popularity of cycling,bicycles are no longer a simple means of transportation.It is a way of recreation or exercise.Through the transmission to adapt to the physical condition and riding,the bicycle rider can achieve scientific riding.However,the bicycle transmission system is complex,and the manipulation needs skill.The existing electronic transmission is changed by the manual pre-set variable speed mode,and the optimal transmission cannot be carried out according to the user's riding habit.Therefore,it is imperative to study how to get the riding speed changing mode suitable for users and realize the intelligent automatic transmission of bicycles.In view of the complex nonlinear characteristics of the riding gear,this paper chooses the artificial neural network to calculate the riding gear.This paper researches and develops a cloud platform and intelligent bicycle automatic transmission system based on Neural Network.Firstly,according to the actual problems of this paper,the model of bicycle riding gear control is set up.Through the analysis and comparison of different neural network models,the BP neural network is selected to build the gear control model.By comparison and experiment,the structure and key parameters of the control model are determined.The genetic algorithm is introduced to train the BP neural network to optimize the weights and thresholds of the network.Secondly,designed the intelligent bicycle automatic transmission system based on BP Neural Network.Based on the cycling gear control model,design and build the data acquisition system to obtain user riding gear,the status of human body and riding the data.This model takes riding state,human body condition and riding road condition data as input,trains and calculates the riding gear suitable for the user according to user's riding habits.The function of automatic transmission is realized through the transmission system.Thirdly,constructed an intelligent bicycle cloud platform with good intelligence,and comparatively complete function.Have completed the development of server layer from four aspects of user registration and login module,data transmission module,database access module and stall control module.Have completed the design and development of mobile client from user interface and software function.The platform mainly includes the design and development of the server layer and the mobile terminal layer,and realizes the functions of data transmission,display,analysis and computation.Finally,the traditional BP neural network model and the BP neural network model optimized by the genetic algorithm are used to calculate the gear position for the specific cycling examples and analyze and compare the results of the calculation.The experimental results verify the effectiveness and superiority of the BP neural network model,which is optimized by genetic algorithm.And the mobile client terminal and cloud platform of intelligent bicycle have been tested,the experimental results verify the cloud platform of intelligent bicycle reliability and stability.The intelligent bicycle based on neural network is used to control the bicycle automatic transmission by combining heart rate,speed,frequency and slope.And provide.users with riding information service through the mobile client,real-time monitoring and feedback of the user's physiological state,and providing a more scientific riding experience.This paper is expected to bring new opportunities for the development of the traditional bicycle industry through the model of the Internet with bicycle.
