As the contradiction between the growing global energy demand and the world's resource shortage aggravates,the topic of energy conservation and emission reduction has drawn more and more attention from people all over the world.However,automobiles occupy a large proportion of energy consumption and environmental pollution,and the issue of automobile energy saving and emission reduction has become a hot spot at home and abroad.Among them,hydraulic hybrid technology has the characteristics of high energy density and rapid energy conversion of energy storage devices,and is one of the effective ways to realize energy-saving and emission reduction of vehicles.In this paper,Shaanxi Automobile "Delong" series M3000 dump truck as the research goal,mainly carried out the following aspects of research work.1,this paper has carried on the principle design of Hydraulic hybrid power jacking system.After analyzing the dump truck structure and lifting condition,a hydraulic hybrid jacking system of the dump truck is designed.The function of energy recovery of storage and lifting condition of the brake energy of the dump truck is realized,the problem of serious fuel consumption in the lifting process is solved,and the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction is achieved.2,this paper has carried on the Hydraulic hybrid jacking system parameter design and calculation,mathematical modeling and simulation analysis.The main components of hydraulic hybrid jacking system,such as the quantitative pump,multi-stage hydraulic cylinder's parameters.The model including multi-stage hydraulic cylinder,load,constant displacement pump,variable displacement pump/motor and accumulator is established.The energy output and energy saving of the entire system in the jacking process of the dump truck are simulated.3,On the basis of the hybrid jacking system designed in this paper,the control strategy of hydraulic hybrid jacking system is studied.A control strategy for energy release of hydraulic pump/motor based on active load prediction is proposed.Synergistic optimization control of auxiliary power source and engine main power source is realized.The control strategy improves the system's response characteristics and load adaptability,ensures the good performance of the whole machine.4,Completed prototype development of hydraulic hybrid dumper top control system,field operation test,etc.,and collected experimental data.According to the experimental data,the jacking energy saving of the dump truck under different load parameters and different system operating parameters is analyzed and studied.The purpose of smooth working of the hydraulic hybrid power jacking system of the dump truck is achieved,and a remarkable energy saving effect is achieved.
